The 2018 Husqvarna Vitpilen 701 Is Here And It Is Gorgeous

  • By cannonball

It’s been a long three years since Husqvarna unveiled the Vitpilen 401 and Svartpilen 401 at the EICMA show in 2014, announcing to the world that it chose a whole new direction. A long three years of more teasers and hoping that we’d see a production version, and Husky released the Vitpilen 701 concept and announced that we’d be getting a futuristic café racer in both small and medium sizes.

Moto Guzzi Concept V85 Brings Enduro Style To The Street

  • By cannonball

Moto Guzzi had a few tricks up its sleeve at EICMA, the highlight being the Concept V85. Powered by a revised version of the 850cc “small-block” V-twin used in the V9 series, this uniquely styled adventure-tourer is said to deliver around 80 hp. If that is true, this will be the best-performing street-legal version of the company’s two-valve, air-cooled V-twin.

There may be a small percentage of riders who hop on a bike exclusively to use the HOV lane or to save on fuel, but the vast majority is addicted to the rush of straddling an engine.
